In most circumstances you may return any product within 10 days for a prompt refund or exchange, without affecting your statutory rights. Postage is NOT refundable unless the product is returned because of faulty manufacture or we have not sent you what you ordered otherwise:

The following charges will apply: £1.50 re-stocking fee per item returned plus, £1.30 credit card handling fee or .90p for Debit Card and Cheque refunds. These charges will be deducted from the balance to be returned to you and please remember that we do not refund postage under any circumstances.

Also, we are happy to exchange products however you should be aware of the following:

A restocking fee of £1.50 per item returned for exhange, along with full postage must be enclosed with the goods you are returning for exhange. With the returned goods also enclose a note of your address and details of your ammended order. Please do not send cheques for postage to cover exchanges, cash, postal orders or stamps are acceptable. If you can only pay the exhange costs by cheque or credit/debit card then there will be an additional charge of .90 to cover bank charges which I cannot avoid.

Credit & Debit Cards will not be debited until goods are dispatched. Unless a part payment is mutually agreed when placing an order.
